Summer Youth events

This summer Zion young people are getting together to have fun, serve, deepen relationships and their faith. We’re talking confirmation aged and older. Come and bring your friends!

Also, the planning team for these events could use your input on dates that work best.

If you’re interested, there’s room on the planning team for you. And feel free to share this info and survey with friends you want to invite!

Service Project + Ballgame

Saturday, May 11, afternoon into evening

If Zion’s going to keep feeding hungry people, the food pantry floor needs to be replaced. You can help make it happen. Have fun, serve others, eat pizza, go to a River Bandits game.

Hike Church

about an hour one Saturday or Sunday in June

A time to be together, walk in the woods, hear and tell stories, and break bread in God’s good creation. Expect an easy, roughly hour-long hike at beautiful spot nearby.

Camp Out

an overnight Friday or Saturday, July 19 or 20

Campfire and smores. Rest and play. Does it get any better? Tent camp or stay in a cabin, in Scott County Park or West Lake Park. Young people 14 years old or younger, please come with an adult.

More?

Maybe a night at White Water Junction? Maybe something else?

A few parents will gather after worship Sunday, April 7 to consider your feedback and to make more plans. Feel free to come help make it happen.
