Travelers arrive, Celebrations begin

On Tuesday afternoon, our time, Fonda, Jeanette, and Tom landed at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Tanzania. They were met by Zion's travelers already in country, and hosts, Pastor Fue and Simon Simon, secretary of the companionship committee.

On Saturday evening, around 8:30pm our time, Zion leaders here will join a video call with Kirangare Parish leaders there to sign the renewed companionship covenant.

Then, the next morning, on Sunday, September 20, we will celebrate the 25th anniversary, both in worship and with a potluck afterward.
